Refund policy

This return and exchange policy applies to products purchased from Porsche Centre Oakville online via this website, store.porschecentreoakville.com. 

Please call or email us immediately should you require to cancel or modify your order after your order has been submitted and before the shipment has been sent out.  

Except for any product designated on this website as clearance or final sale, you may return your product no later than ten (10) days immediately following the date that the product was picked up or received.  

Only regular priced and sale products may be returned for a refund or an exchange subject to the conditions set out herein.  Clearance or final sale products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with tags not removed (if applicable). You must provide us with a valid proof of purchase for the returned product. Porsche Centre Oakville has the right to refuse a refund should the product not meet refund requirements upon inspection. 

Select product types are not eligible for return including books, and perishable items such as cleaning products. Please contact us prior to returning any product if you have any questions about eligibility. 

All returns require valid proof of purchase which includes the original receipt for the product that was purchased and is being returned. To return your product please visit the Parts Department at Porsche Centre Oakville or ship your product to the address noted below. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not include the shipping fees charged to deliver the product to you.

Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and inspected it. We will also notify you as to whether a refund was approved or rejected for your returned product.  

If your returned product is approved for a refund, then your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase for the product within ten (10) days following the date that the email approving the refund was sent to you. 

If a product is returned to us on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis or if we are charged for shipping fees, such charges will be deducted from your refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns and if such, it will be deducted from your refund. 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.  You bear the risk of loss during shipment.  We, therefore, strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. 

Porsche Centre Oakville will only exchange products if they are determined by us to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same non-defective or non-damaged product, please email us and ship or drop off your product within the return period mentioned above to:

Any products that are not refundable or exchangeable can be picked up by you at the Porsche Centre Oakville Parts Department or shipped back to you on a COD basis.
